It was another amazing show at this years Ontario Pork Congress, June 22-23rd in at the Stratford Rotary Complex. This show stands out from many other farm shows we are involved in. They have everything Ontario Pork! Bacon Maker Classic (pig showing), Rib-Eating Contest, Hog Jog, Taste of the Best, Pig Art, Education and more. It is more than just a trade show, attendees get to be involved in all aspects of hog production. Very entertaining! - http://www.porkcongress.on.ca/
